Selected engagements

HSPA Framework

We contributed to the development of a country-specific Health System Performance Assessment (HSPA) framework in Lithuania, supported by the European Commission. Our team defined a set of indicators, data sources, and a framework for SMART national healthcare sector objectives.

Maternal and Child Health Feasibility Study

We conducted a feasibility study for the consecutive Swiss contribution to Lithuania under the Maternal and Child Health and Wellbeing programme, focused on enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare and social services across the country. Our team helped assess the funding needs of healthcare service providers, the potential impact of the Swiss financial contribution, created budget scenarios, and developed a plan for further programme execution to ensure maximum impact.

Organisational Improvements

We helped larger hospitals and smaller clinics optimise their organisational structures, administrative and patient processes, and leverage data opportunities. We assisted our clients in reallocating scarce resources to areas with the greatest impact on patient well-being.
