Lean in Education
We have supported a growing number of pre-schools, primary and secondary schools (gymnasiums) in applying Lean and continuous improvement management practices. In collaboration with these schools, we co-created a comprehensive framework for Lean and continuous improvement in education, covering thinking, behaviour, and tools at the institutional, classroom, teaching subject, and individual (teacher and student) levels. Education Network Development
We assisted several municipalities in planning the development of their education networks to ensure equal opportunities for all children to receive high-quality, accessible education, while also promoting the well-being of teachers. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of educational indicators, carried out extensive stakeholder interviews, developed alternatives, and helped select the optimal scenario.
School Network Optimization
We designed a school network optimization and education quality monitoring system aimed at improving analytical capabilities at the municipal level and establishing a unified, integrated approach to education system monitoring across municipalities.
