Implementation of e-commerce model in UAB „Gooliver“
Since January 2022 UAB „Gooliver” executes a project aimed to implement e-commerce model in UAB „Gooliver” by reorienting and digitizing processes through a customer self-service solution in an electronic service platform.
The expected result of the project is the customer self-service solution for the User Insights Platform. The customer self-service solution will include the following functions – service search, order formation, order fulfilment and management, and payment execution. It is expected that the implementation of the e-commerce model will improve user experience and thus contribute to the attraction of new customers, enable the acquisition and maintenance of a strong competitive advantage in the market, and contribute to ensuring a stable revenue stream from sales of services.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Funded as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

E. komercijos modelio diegimas UAB „Gooliver“
UAB „Gooliver“ nuo 2022 m. sausio mėn. įgyvendina projektą, kurio metu siekiama įdiegti e. komercijos modelį UAB „Gooliver”, perorientuojant procesus ir juos skaitmeninant per klientų savitarnos sprendimą paslaugų elektroninėje prekybos platformoje.
Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus diegiamas Naudotojų įžvalgų parengimo paslaugos klientų savitarnos sprendimas. Diegiamas klientų savitarnos sprendimas apims paslaugų paieškos, užsakymų suformavimo, užsakymo įvykdymo ir valdymo bei mokėjimo atlikimo funkcijas. Įmonėje įdiegtas e. komercijos modelis sudarys sąlygas vartotojo patirties gerinimui bei tokiu būdu prisidės prie naujų klientų pritraukimo, įgalins įgyti / išlaikyti stiprų konkurencinį pranašumą rinkoje bei prisidės prie stabilaus pajamų srauto iš paslaugų pardavimų užtikrinimo.
Projektas finansuojamas iš Europos regioninės plėtros fondo. Finansuojama kaip Europos Sąjungos atsako į COVID-19 pandemiją priemonė.

Project „Dizaino sparnai“
It is a project of non-financial support that brings together talents, knowledge, and experience to create globally competitive design products and services of the future that are based on the principles of innovation and the digital and circular economy.
The main goal – to create a significantly improved service design solution for an enterprise-wide money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions risk assessment.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic) under the Operational Programme for Investment in European Union Funds 2014–2020.
The amount of non-financial support allocated to the company is EUR 26 285.
The project is in progress until 31 July 2023.

Tai nefinansinės paramos projektas, jungiantis talentus, žinias ir patirtį kurti pasaulyje konkurencingus skaitmeniniais, inovacijų ir žiedinės ekonomikos principais grįstus ateities dizaino produktus ir paslaugas.
Projekto veiklose dalyvauja mentoriai – patyrę dizaino profesionalai, pradedantieji dizaineriai ir labai mažos, mažos ir vidutinės įmonės.
Pagrindinis siekis – sukurti ženkliai patobulintą įmonių visos veiklos pinigų plovimo, teroristų finansavimo ir sankcijų rizikų vertinimo paslaugos dizaino sprendimą.
Projektas finansuojamas iš Europos regioninės plėtros fondo (kaip Europos Sąjungos atsako į COVID-19 pandemiją priemonė) pagal 2014–2020 m. Europos Sąjungos fondų investicijų veiksmų programą.
Įmonei skirtos nefinansinės paramos dydis – 26 285 EUR.
Projektas įgyvendinamas iki 2023 m. liepos 31 d.
